WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Kombucha contains live cultures, and differences in taste and color may occur.

We do not provide refund or exchange based on sour tastes as all bottles are prepared fresh, with strict taste/quality guidelines and stored in temperature-controlled conditions before delivery. After being chilled, our kombucha is stable at room temperature for several hours which is why we are able to deliver it without cold trucks or ice packs.

Our kombucha contains live cultures that create gases. These gases saturate the kombucha and cause natural carbonation! If you see caps that are bulging, make sure you place the bottle in the fridge and chill it well before opening. Don't open bulging bottles at room temperature as they will likely overflow.

STORAGE

Upon receiving your order, we advise that you place your kombucha in the fridge as soon as possible. This will slow down the fermentation process.

However, if you like your booch to be fizzier, leave it out at room temperature for 1-2 days maximum and it will continue it's carbonation process.

BUT don't forget to chill and store in the fridge after this! Messy kombucha explosions can occur when the bottles are left for extended periods of time at room temperature!

We advise for our kombucha to be consumed within 2 months from being stored in the fridge.
