1. BREWERY SUPERVISOR


Location: Mandai Foodlink, Singapore
Status: Full-Time 

Reports to: Head Brewer

Start Date: End July (to be confirmed during interview)
Salary: SGD2,200

Job description:

This position allows you to work closely with our Head Brewer and Assistant Brewer and interact with our clients during deliveries. You will work alongside the Head Brewer and Assistant Brewer in daily brewery operations, planning and deliveries.


Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure brewery runs smoothly by executing daily tasks instructed by Head Brewer such as preparation and labeling of bottles, cleaning of kegs and dishes, maintaining brewery and premises cleanliness...

  • Assist Head brewer/Assistant brewer with brewing of kombucha during brewing days (set-up of pump, hoses, executing CIP, cleaning brewing tanks etc).

  • Plan, pack and deliver orders to clients using the company vehicle.

  • Ensuring that deliveries are done correctly and in a timely fashion.

  • Assist in loading and unloading.

  • Maintain an inventory of raw materials, brewery supplies and kegs.

  • Receiving and storing deliveries properly.

Key skills and requirements:

  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to manage one's self and work in an efficient manner and interact with other team members effectively and professionally.

  • Must be willing to perform cleaning duties regularly according to company’s SFA imposed cleaning schedule (mopping, sweeping etc).

  • Drivers license (class 3).

  • Good interpersonal skills required when delivering to clients.

  • Requires the ability to work in a fast paced, wet, loud production environment on one’s feet for most of the day and repeatedly lift 20kg kegs and cartons.

  • Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work overtime with (very little) occasional nights and weekends.

2. ASSISTANT BREWER


Location: Mandai Foodlink, Singapore
Status: Full-time
Reports to: Head Brewer

Start Date: End July (to be confirmed during interview)



Job description:


The assistant brewer working with the Head Brewer will have responsibilities in all areas of kombucha brewing operations.


Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with brewhouse operations (i.e. first ferment, second ferment, transferring, yeast management, tank management etc.).

  • CIP/Sanitization on all vessels (fermenters, heat exchanger, kettle, and brite tanks).

  • Mesh baskets cleaning including removal of fruits/herbs.

  • Troubleshooting, technical maintenance and quality assurance.

  • Bottling/Kegging.

  • Assist with preparing orders and deliveries when needed.

  • Maintaining cleanliness of brewery, and premises in general.

  • Continual development of ones own knowledge about kombucha and brewing.

Key skills and requirements:

  • Some knowledge and understanding of the kombucha brewing fundamentals and processes.

  • Homebrewing experience is a must.

  • Requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage one's self and work in an efficient manner and interact with other team members effectively and professionally.

  • Requires the ability to work in a fast paced, wet, loud production environment on one’s feet for most of the day and repeatedly lift 25kg.

  • Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work overtime with occasional nights and weekends.
